Liverpool’s all night networking event returns on Thursday 12 March at Constellations, in the Baltic Triangle,
The Lock In will bring together established businesses with start-ups and new entrepreneurs; as well as live music, market stalls and all night networking.
Rachael O’Byrne the event co-ordinator said: “In November we held our first event, it was a hive of activity for small businesses, sole traders and those with a really good idea.
Working with start-ups we know networking, mentoring and seed funding is what makes their business thrive; so we wanted to put together another event together to support the ever growing community of small businesses in Liverpool.”
The Lock In will host a Dragons’ Den contest that will have Liverpool’s leading entrepreneurs and experts from the business world as Dragons.
Small businesses, sole traders, start-ups and social enterprises can pitch for up to £500 on the night.
Another event highlight will be entrepreneur Question Time that will give a platform to established small businesses in the city, including Laura’s Little Bakery, The Baltic Creative, The Women’s Organisation and Does Liverpool.
There will be live entertainment throughout the night from Alex Tweedie, Paddy Clegg and the band Glossom (pictured right) as well as a marketplace, where small businesses will be showcasing their work.
The Lock In is a Making Business Work, Plus Dane and Another Level sponsored event.
