Australian Youth Brass Band visit Stanley Park

The AUS Territorial Youth Brass Band of the Salvation Army will be performing on the Isla Gladstone Bandstand at Stanley Park on Wednesday 31st May from 2:30pm – 3:30pm.

The Youth Band is a composite brass band, made up of 35 players aged between 15 and 30. They are the most talented young musicians from Salvation Army Bands across Australia.

The band is on a 10-day tour of the UK and will visit the Isla Gladstone Bandstand for a free matinee performance ahead of their evening event at the Lighthouse Theatre with world-renowned singer and award-winning West End performer Silvie Paladino.

The matinee performance on the Isla Gladstone Bandstand is FREE and ticketless, people are invited to come along enjoy the brilliant Brass Band in the grounds of the Grade II Listed Conservatory.

Kemp’s Bistro will be serving their popular Afternoon Tea Boxes which include tea, sandwiches, scones with fresh cream and jam as well as range of delicious cakes all for £5.
