A burst water main is causing disruption on Crosshall Street in Liverpool city centre.
The burst has caused flooding between the A57 Dale Street junction and the A5039 Victoria Street junction. United Utilities are giving attention to the incident.
Incoming traffic from London Road is being diverted via Commutation Row and over the flyover.
Other services are being diverted along Victoria Street.
Council buildings affected include Millennium House, Municipal Buildings, Dale Street and Venture Place, Sir Thomas Street.
Work is currently ongoing to resolve the problem but it is estimated that disruption will continue until tomorrow (Wednesday 10th July).
