Disruption to Liverpool City Council’s online services from 10pm on Friday 17 January

Liverpool City Council is changing its internet service provider later this month and this means our systems will be down for a period of time.

Due to the complexity of this change, access to all online LCC services will be disrupted for several hours.

Residents will not be able to access Liverpool City Council websites, payment systems or online services.

We have chosen to do the switchover on a weekend overnight to minimise disruption, and we will keep residents updated through our Council social media channels. 

We apologise for any inconvenience the switchover will cause, but it is a vital piece of work which will help to deliver better value-for-money services for our residents.
