Eurovision Song Contest tickets for displaced people from Ukraine 

Applications for a ballot for tickets to the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 are now open for displaced people from Ukraine. 

The Government is providing subsidised tickets to ensure that people displaced by the war in Ukraine are able to attend the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 in Liverpool.

Individuals on the Homes for Ukraine, Ukraine Extension Scheme, and Ukraine Family Scheme are welcome to apply. 

To apply you need to click here and provide your name, email address, and which show or shows you wish to enter the ballot for.

You will also need to upload a photo or scan of your biometric residence permit. This is essential to ensure that only those people eligible for these tickets are entered into the ballot. 

The ballot is open until 4pm on Thursday 6th April 2023. Entries after this date will not be accepted. 

If you are successful in the ballot, you will receive an email confirmation from Ticketmaster. You will then be able to purchase up to two tickets, at a cost of £20 per ticket. You will need a Ticketmaster account to purchase the tickets. If you do not have a Ticketmaster account already you will be able to set one up ahead of purchase, 

Only the person applying for the tickets needs to hold a biometric residence permit. 

Successful applicants have to arrange their own travel and accommodation.
