The latest in a series of Family Fun and Environment days in the city take place on Thursday (20 August).
Come along to the Millennium Green, Northumberland Street, Liverpool 8, for a fun-packed day (10am to 2pm) organised by the city council and a range of partners including the Granby Toxteth Development Trust, In Environmental Services, L8 Living Sustainably, Tesco, Bulky Bobs, Jigsaw Neighbourhood Solutions, Merseyside Police, LMH, LHT and Your Housing.
It will feature stalls, face-painting, circus skills, donkey rides with some freebies available.
There will also be a chance to have your dog micro-chipped for free and advice on health and lifestyle.
The day will also have a sustainable living and environmental theme with advice and information available.
Councillor Steve Munby , cabinet member for neighbourhoods, said: “We are holding three of these events throughout the summer and it promises not only to be a fun day but one which will focus on the environment and the greening of the city.”
