Want to learn more about the history of Liverpool and Everton football clubs?
Or do you want to take up art but are not sure about the best way to start? Or would you like to brush up on your Spanish before taking a GCSE?
Then help is on hand through special taster courses being organised by the city council’s Adult Learning Services.
The two week courses – which cover a wide range of subjects from local history to yoga – are on “a try before you buy” basis with people trialling subjects to see if they want to enrol in a longer term course.
They are intended for all ages and backgrounds and will be held at adult learning centres throughout the city.
The taster sessions are free and will take about two hours per week
Enrolment is during the weeks starting 3 and 10 November.
Further information about which centre is staging which coursea are available at: http://liverpool.gov.uk/schools-and-learning/adult-learning/
Please note: The taster courses are available to learners who have not already enrolled on a course with the Adult Learning Service from 1 August 2014
