You can check-in at a supermarket this week for a free health MOT.
Around 15 organisations will be at the Tesco Store in Mather Avenue for a family health information day on Friday 25 September (1pm to 4pm)
As well as health checks they will also be offering advice on a range of issues including mental health, pharmacy issues, responsible drinking and dental health.
There will also be information available on topics ranging from organ donation to children’s centres.
Among the partners represented are the Royal and Women’s Hospitals, Age Concern , the community health ambassador team, Safe Place and Healthy Homes.
Councillor Richard Wenstone, said: “This is a great opportunity to have a health check-up and get advice an information on whole range of issues – all for free. I would encourage as many people as possible to take advantage of this event.”
