JD Sports have been named “Official Sport Retail Partner” of the inaugural Rock ‘n’ Roll Liverpool Marathon & ½ Marathon.

The Rock ‘n’ Roll Liverpool Marathon and Half Marathon courses will start and finish along the waterfront, with live music featured along the race courses. Participants will also enjoy scenic views of the stunning docks, rich architecture, spectacular museums and historic commercial districts. The race will begin at the Albert Dock, one of the most visited attractions in the UK and a World Heritage Site, and will pass through the celebrated Cavern Quarter, where The Beatles rose to prominence in the 1960s.
The marathon course also includes the famous Liverpool and Everton Football Clubs, along with the city’s beautiful parks including Stanley Park, Sefton Park and Otterspool Park. Event weekend will conclude with a finish line festival and a post-race concert at the Liverpool Echo Arena Complex.
