We’ve invested significantly to develop our own children’s homes and the first of these is set to open soon.
Having our own children’s homes means that vulnerable children and young people can remain living in their home city, maintaining relationships with family and friends and avoiding disruption in education and training.
Residential workers play a key part in children’s homes by developing positive relationships with children and young people and creating an environment where they feel cared for and safe.
