It might be the start of winter with darker days but the Warbreck ward is looking brighter.
Local councillors, residents and shop owners have been planting winter flowers in the planters along Moss Lane and Southfield Road ,Orrell Park as well as Rice Lane station.
They were supported by LMH, Liverpool Streetscene Services Limited and Glendale.
Councillor Cheryl Harrison said: “One of the best parts of our job is to be in the ward making a difference and having such active partners, as well as a community that really cares, makes all the difference.”
