Private Equity Fund to help deliver additional 1,000 new homes for private rent in Liverpool.
Regeneration Liverpool, has signed an agreement with Countryside Sigma Ltd to develop 24 new homes in the Norris Green area.
A show vilage for a development which includes 200 affordable homes has been launched.
