Mayor of Liverpool Joe Anderson has welcomed news that 250 jobs are going to be created in Croxteth with the creation of a new parcel depot - thanks to a development agreement between Liverpool City Council and regeneration specialist St Modwen.
Work has begun on site for the £150 million regeneration of Great Homer Street.
