Following the further lifting of national Covid-19 restrictions, two more Lifestyles centres will reopen their doors again next month.
From Monday 6 September, Lifestyles Everton Park and Lifestyles Park Road will be the latest sites to welcome people back .
This is a phased reopening for both sites which will see them open for six out of seven days in the week- this change to opening times will be in place for around six months.
Opening hours will be reviewed around April 2022 and the feedback of Lifestyles users will form an important part of this decision-making process.
Re-shaping the opening hours means the team can maintain access to the most popular activities, continue to accommodate user groups and guarantee the long-term future of both sites.
Alsop, Austin Rawlinson, Cardinal Heenan, Ellergreen, Garston and Liverpool Aquatics Centre are all already open.

Liverpool City Council’s Cabinet Member responsible for Lifestyles Centres, Councillor Harry Doyle, said: “This is fantastic news which will be welcomed by thousands of people in the city.
“We know on the back of sporting events such as the Olympics and the Paralympics, people are inspired to get active so we’re delighted that these two popular venues can open their doors and once again become a hugely important community asset.”
