Make Music Day in Liverpool

Make Music Day is heading to Liverpool Cental Library on Friday 21 June.

Make Music Day is the world’s largest annual music festival with FREE events in more than 800 cities across 120 countries.

As part of the celebrations, Liverpool Central Library will be hosting and organising a variety of musical events and performances on Friday including:

  • Choirs
  • A LIPA student showcase
  • The Liverpool Mozart orchestra
  • A very special music production masterclass with the legendary Grammy Award winning producer Steve Levine

Make Music Day is a grassroots celebration of music that’s performed by anyone and enjoyed by everyone. Festivities will be taking place on the street, in parks, public spaces, shops and venues and musicians of all abilities can share their music with friends, neighbours and complete strangers.
