Liverpool’s first outdoor Night Market comes to St George’s Hall

Liverpool will host its first-ever outdoor Night Market at St George’s Hall later this month.

On Thursday 27 August from 2.30pm to 8.30pm, St George’s Hall plateau will be transformed into a vibrant marketplace with around 40 artisan traders showcasing locally made products including food and sweet treats, arts and crafts, jewellery, gifts, and much more.

Alongside a spot of shopping, visitors can enjoy refreshments from St George’s Hall’s Portico Bar, which will be open throughout the evening, and take in a special performance from the Liverpool Signing Choir on the hall’s steps.

Visitors will also have the chance to experience St George’s Hall’s most treasured feature, its world-famous Minton tiled floor, during an exclusive Night on the Tiles event held the same evening.

Guests can walk across the extraordinary Victorian masterpiece while enjoying a complimentary drink, creating a rare and truly memorable visit.

Tickets for a Night on the Tiles are priced at £14.95 and include admission to the Minton floor and either a glass of fizz, a glass of wine, a bottle of beer, or a premium soft drink. Tickets can be pre-booked via Ticket Quarter at Minton Tiles: Night on the Tiles and will also be available to purchase on the evening from the Portico Bar, subject to availability.
