Strikes planned for August 24 and September 3 and 5 have been called off.
However, three remaining strikes are still in place for September 30, October 2 and 4.

The RMT Union has announced more strike action which will affect Merseyrail commuters. The next proposed strike date was Saturday 24 August.

This would have been a working day for many people, so please take note:
- There will be no trains running on the Kirkby, Ellesmere Port or Hunts Cross lines during the strike action.
- Most services will run between the hours of 7am and 7pm. However, there will be a break in service during the middle of the day.
- Some stations will be closed.

- Tuesday 3 September – CALLED OFF
- Thursday 5 September – CALLED OFF
- Monday 30 September
- Wednesday 2 October
- Friday 4 October
