A free Winter Market is taking place at St George’s Hall this Sunday, 1 November, giving visitors the chance to kick-start their Christmas shopping and support local businesses.
Running from 10am to 4.30pm inside the Great Hall , the market will bring together up to 70 independent traders, offering a wide variety of unique gifts, handmade products, and festive treats.
Shoppers can browse an extensive range of stalls featuring art, jewellery, crafts, photography, handmade soaps, cheeses and chutneys, as well as sweet treats including cookies, cakes and bakes.
In addition to the market stalls, visitors will be able to enjoy a selection of hot food vendors outside the venue, with a seating area available for those wishing to relax and take in the atmosphere. The café and bar inside St George’s Hall will also be open throughout the event.
Adding to the festive feel, choir performances will take place in the Great Hall at intervals around midday, providing entertainment for visitors as they shop.
The Winter Market offers the perfect opportunity to discover unique gifts, support local independent businesses and enjoy one of Liverpool’s most iconic venues as the festive season approaches.
