Street Trading Opportunities in and around Everton Football Stadium (Hill Dickinson)

Liverpool City Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from traders wishing to operate within a proposed street trading area surrounding Everton Football Stadium.

The Council is currently exploring arrangements for street trading associated with matchdays and other events. As part of this process, we are seeking information from businesses interested in trading from the proposed designated area.

Please note:

  • This is an Expression of Interest exercise only
  • Submission of an Expression of Interest does not constitute an application for a street trading consent.
  • Submission of an Expression of Interest does not guarantee the allocation of a trading pitch or any future consent.
  • The Council has not yet determined the allocation process for any available trading locations.
  • Any future street trading opportunities will be subject to the relevant legal requirements, Council approvals and any allocation framework that may be adopted.

Interested traders are invited to provide details including:

  • Business name and contact details.
  • Type of goods or services proposed.
  • Details and dimensions of any stall, vehicle or unit.
  • Previous street trading experience.
  • Any relevant licences, registrations or certifications.

The information obtained through this exercise will assist the Council in assessing demand and developing a fair and transparent process for the allocation of any future street trading opportunities.

Expressions of Interest must be submitted by 12pm on Friday 18, September 2026.

The Council reserves the right to determine the number and location of trading pitches and the method by which any future applications will be assessed and determined.
