Mandela Family to Return to Liverpool

Liverpool is preparing to welcome back the family of revolutionary leader Nelson Mandela. Work to start on Mandela memorial by the end of the year

Work is to start by the end of the year installing a memorial and bridge in a Liverpool park, dedicated to the memory of Nelson Mandela.
