Heatwave help for Liverpool’s homeless

LIVERPOOL’S homeless support services will be working to support vulnerable people as an amber heat warning is issued from midnight on Sunday. Periods of hot weather can be dangerous to health and pose a significant risk to people who have a street lifestyle – as they can struggle to keep themselves cool and stay hydrated.

Liverpool City Council moves quickly to relocate rough sleepers

Liverpool City Council has been providing new accommodation for rough sleepers to prevent the spread of Covid-19 More than 60 rough sleepers and homeless people have been moved out of Liverpool City Council’s Labre House night hub to alternative accommodation due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Kanga’s song for the streets
